I still can’t believe my best friend’s little brother is married!! It makes me feel old!! Tom is in the Navy Reserves and was called to duty for a year in Cuba. He told Tessa he had to leave just before proposing! They decided to do a quick ceremony at City Hall to make it official before he goes and save the big day for when he gets back.  After the ceremony we took some photos at a little park area and then headed to the bar of course!
